Happy Full Moon Loves!

We gather each month at The Center SF to honor our Full Moon in Ceremony. Join us Tuesday, September 25th, 8-10pm. Gathering in Ceremony is an ancient ritual that helps us synchronize our human experience with the cycles of nature.

The Full Moon is a time to seek healing through balance. It is a time to contemplate what has been supporting our highest path of consciousness, manifest the intentions we set at the New Moon, realize what patterns or beliefs no longer serve us, and let them go! Full Moon energy has its strongest effect on us three days before and up to three days after it is full.

This Full Moon is in Aries. Aries “The Ram” is a cardinal fire sign known as The Pioneer. Aries says, “I Am”, and the ruling planet is Mars. Aries flower is Honeysuckle & Sweet Pea, and day of the week is Tuesday. Its color is Red and lucky numbers 1 & 9. Aries gemstones are Amethyst, Bloodstone, Carnelian, Coral, Malachite, and Rose Quartz. We welcome you to COLOR PLAY with us by wearing white, red, or a combo! 

We will begin our ceremony with a seated group space cleansing using Palo Santo. Palo santo is derived from specific trees found in the South American rain forests of Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, and Peru and has been used for most of known history for a variety of healing including medicines, native ceremonies and, especially in Incan culture, spiritual clearing of a space, crowd or person.

Once everyone has settled we will talk a brief moment about where the moon is in transit, and how it affects us for this specific cycle. Next, we will guide us some Pranayam (breath work) and tune into our highest vibrating consciousness by sharing our unique vibrations through Mantra (chanting). Next, you will be bathed in a symphony of sound as you sit or lie comfortably in your space. We will journey through sacred sound healing, accessing balance through Pyrenees Koshi Chimes, Peruvian Seed Rattle, Chilean Cactus Rain Stick, Frame & Ocean Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Heart Chakra Singing Bowl, and the loving vibrations of the Gong.

After our sound bath, you will be guided up where we will join in a closing meditation exploring mantra. To conclude we will unite our vibrations by sharing in a vocal release. This Release Ceremony will continue in an array of sounds we unleash from the depths of our spirit. When we are done releasing we will conclude by sealing our ceremony with a blessing.

The Center has a very limited number of blankets, mats, and eye covers. Please bring any items you need to be comfortable, such as a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Feel free to also bring any crystals you would like to charge with our ceremony energy.
